I’d like to try that someday.I say it all the time but rarely set out of my comfort zone to try new things. Well, now someday is today.
In this day and age where the world’s knowledge is just a click away, there are fewer and fewer excuses not to learn, experiment, and create. I created Mary's Test Kitchen in the summer of 2011 as a bit of a kick in the pants for me to get rolling on all the things I’ve always wanted to try but never got around to. I hope I can manage to share my experience in a somewhat eloquent and entertaining way. Maybe I’ll even inspire someone else to try something new too. I’m a newly turned vegan (August 2011) adjusting to life in a small town in the Canadian Rockies.
